Genuine multi-client capability / management of multiple portation values
ICCS Professional boasts genuine multi-client capability. This enables you to administer multiple portation values in a single system. Internally the system is based on a central portation database, but the respective customers, phone numbers, portations and DeTeMedien entries etc, of a client are managed externally and separately.
What's more, with the reseller capability every client can manage his/her own resellers.
Reseller module
Connection of resellers with ICCS Professional
ICCS Professional comprehensively supports functions for providers who make phone numbers available to their customers and operate the porting procedure, but who possess neither their own phone number blocks nor their own network. With the reseller module you are able to link these providers to your ICCS Professional under your portation identifier.
Mobile communications
For the management and portation of mobile phone numbers between service providers
and network operators (MVNOs / MVNEs) with graphical representation of phone numbers and/or porting status. Management of mobile phone number blocks of variable length, with graphic display of utilised capacity. Client for connecting to the X.400 Mailbox.
zMRDB (central Master Routing Database)
Connection to the central Master Routing Database for mobile phone numbers
for the synchronisation of porting data in mobile telephone systems between mobile phone network operators, service providers and telecom providers. Synchronisation or information provision takes place with the help of the "central Master Routing Database".
XSOAP interface
Online transfer of customer data, phone numbers and DeTeMedien entries
Via the XSOAP interface information such as phone numbers, customer data and portations can be directly synchronised from data-keeping systems (e.g. customer care systems, billing systems). After all, it's almost taken for granted today that all data systems will exhibit identical data sets at any particular point in time. With the XSOAP interface this is guaranteed at any time through online access to ICCS Professional. In the process the software not only undertakes the validity testing of portations, it also makes suggestions about free numbers for allocating to new customers.
Export2Switch
Gateway to switching technology
With the help of the Export2Switch module ICCS Professional delivers your phone number and porting data, for example, directly to your switching technology, and writes them to your switches on a daily basis. In addition, the Export2Switch module enables enormous cost savings, as third-party portations can also be automatically delivered to your switches. Which data are transferred in which format remains flexible, and so can be adapted to any kind of switch control.
DeTeMedien
For compliance with requirements in accordance with § 47, TKG (German Telecommunications Act)
Integrate our DeTeMedien module into ICCS, for the management of entries into telephone books, electronic media and other information services. You can then synchronise the relevant data directly with DeTeMedien.

For ease of creation of specific portation messages with automated date adjustment and creation of correction messages. Automated acceptance of external date correction messages.
CPA service numbers
Automatic encryption, compression and transfer
With our CPA (Cross Platform Assembling) technology the exchange of service numbers is fully integrated into ICCS. In this process the master files on service numbers provided by BNetzA (the German Federal Network Agency) are platform-independently decrypted and imported into ICCS. Operators' own notifications are also fully automatically encrypted and compressed, and then transmitted to BNetzA.
R-Call (reverse-charge calling)
Blocked lists for R-Calls (reverse-charge calls)
Our R-Call module offers you the management of blocked numbers for reverse-charge calls, as well as encryption/decryption and transfer of data files to BNetzA.
